Actually obama asked for the part exempting citizens to be removed, carl levin (MI d) in front of cspan dropped the dime on Obama and said he asked that the language protecting citizens be removed it is very easy to find on you tube “SEN. LEVIN: OBAMA WANTS TO DETAIN AMERICANS” just put that in youtube and you can see for yourself. Does this mean that people who express their right to free speech by demonstrating, e.g. can be detained if the military or police interpret it that way?? This looks like another cap on the end of democracy, Mr. President.
