The TSA is renowned for their less than professional (and less than intelligent) approach to security. This is just another example of airport security gone horribly wrong and way too far. Why not focus on the real threats to the United States, instead of two OBVIOUS tourists coming to have a good time... I mean, how could a single person "destroy" America? It is idiots like these agents that give America such a bad reputation. If this is how we really treat tourists, the US should probably be avoided on lists of travel destinations. I'm sorry my country has gotten so jaded!
Why is no one pointing out that nobody can dig up Marilyn Monroe, considering she's in a crypt? Not just that, but honestly, if someone was going to commit terrorism, they wouldn't casually announce it on twitter. This is wasted time and money that should go elsewhere.
This is what happens when you hire semi-illiterate fools and give them a uniform and a fake badge. TSA "officials" don't even need a high school (secondary) education -- they'll happy hire a drop-out with as little as one year of experience as a security guard. So is it any wonder that these scholastically challenged buffoons might overreact to a post on "Tweeter"? Sometimes I wonder if Bush didn't create this governmental farce of an agency just so Republicans would have more ammunition when they complain that government is run by incompetent, bureaucratic fools. A lot of government works. The TSA clearly does not.
